• Rates are valid till 31Dec'10.
• Blackout dates: 07-11Sep'10, 08-15Oct'10, 23-26Dec'10, 30Dec'10-02Jan'11 unless otherwise specified.
• Valid for all markets, unless otherwise stated.
• Early check-in permitted at most hotels subject to room availability.
• Unused room nights are non refundable for early check-out.
• Late check-out till 1800hrs subject to 50% of the room rate. After 1800hrs subject to an extra night charge.
• Unless otherwise stated, cancellation policy applies:
   - 07-10 days prior to departure : 1 night hotel room rate will be charged.
   - less than 07 days prior to departure : 100% charge of total tour price will be charged.
• No Charge for amendment of dates.
• To process reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Deposit paid does not constitute confirmation of tour. Bookings are on request basis, subject to coach and room(s) availability.
• Balance payment must be paid upon confirmation of tour.
• Tour prices, services & conditions are correct as the time of publication but are subject to revision without prior notice.
